Return Policy
We have a no questions asked 100% money back guarantee return policy. We must be contacted by phone or email within three (3) business days of receipt. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as sent.
Payment
We accept Cashiers checks, Money Orders, Pay Pal, and Personal Checks. Personal Checks must clear before shipment is made. Please make checks or money orders out to Western Railroad Americana. Pay Pal “goods and services” payments are subject to 3.5% transaction fees added to the item price.
Shipping
Most items are sent via USPS priority mail, FedEx, UPS, or registered mail for high dollar items. Shipping charges will be calculated during finalizing of the sale. We insure all packages for full purchase price.
Western Railroad Americana does not assume any liability for damage in transit. If an item is damaged or lost, we will work with the shipping company to file the necessary claims and provide you with a full refund.
